Blueberry Chutney

Blueberry Chutney


Ingredients:
Blueberry                           2 cup
Diced Onion                      ½ diced
Grated Ginger                   ½ tbs
Vinegar                              2 tbs
Sugar                                 ½ cup
Cinnamon stick                 1
Fenugreek                         ½ tbs
Salt to taste

Method:
Mix all ingredients and cook it in a saucepan.
Boil it for 2-3 mins.
Stir it continuously.
Now Cook it for 8-10 min on medium flame or till it gets little thickened.

Cool it and store it in refrigerator.
