Sabudana Khichadi







Ingredients:
Sabudana                      2 small bowl
Peanuts                         ½ bowl
Green chilies                  4
Potato                            1
Red chili powder            ¼ tbsp
Cumin seed                   ½ tbsp
Salt                               ½ tbsp
Sugar                            ¼ tbsp
Oil or ghee                    2 tbsp


Method:

Soak sabudana in water for 3-4 hours.
For better result soak it over night.
Fry peanuts in pan without oil and grind it in a mixer to make a powder.
Add peanut powder it soaked sabudana.
Add salt and sugar in it and mix it well.
Add ¼ tbsp red chili powder and mix it well.keep it aside
Cut green chilies in small picecs.
Finely cut pealed potato.
Heat ghee in a pan .
Add cumin seed in it.
Then add green chilies and fry it for a minute.
Add potato it and mix it well.
Cook potato for 4-5 min.
Then add sabudana mix in it and mix it well
Cook for 7-8 min.
For better taste add  little lime juice.







Potato Fry



Ingredients:
Patato                        1 big size
Green chili                 2
Cumins seed              1 tbsp
Salt                           ½ tbsp
Oil                             2 tbsp

Method:
Peel the patato and cut it into slices.
Cut green chili into medium pieces.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add Cumins seed once they start crackling addd green chili.
after 2 mins add potato in it and mix it well.
add salt and mix it well.
cover the pan with plate and cook it for 7-8 mins.
check whether potatoes are cooked or not.
If not then cook it for some more time.
But it takes hardly  8-10 min.
Have it with curd.
