Blueberry Chutney
Ingredients:
Blueberry 2 cup
Diced Onion ½ diced
Grated Ginger ½ tbs
Vinegar 2 tbs
Sugar ½ cup
Cinnamon stick 1
Fenugreek ½ tbs
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix all ingredients and cook it in a saucepan.
Boil it for 2-3 mins.
Stir it continuously.
Now Cook it for 8-10 min on medium flame or till it gets
little thickened.
Cool it and store it in refrigerator.
Ingredient:
Grated beetroot 1
Curd ½ cup
Green Chili 1
Coriander 2-3 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1-2 tsp
Mustard Seed ½ tsp
Hing 1-2 pinch
Curry leaves 4-5
Method:
Add grated beetroot, curd, coriander and salt in a bowl.
Mix it well.
For Tadka heat oil and add mustard seed.
Once it crackled add Green Chili,curry leaves and hing in it.
Pour this Tadka in raita.
Mix it well.
Serve it with main course.
Boondi Raita
Ingredients:
Curd ½ cup
Boondi 1 cup
Coriander ¼ cup
Dried Red chili

Mustard seed ½ tsp
Cumin Seed
½ tsp
Curry leaves
4-5
Hing ¼ tsp
Red chili powder
¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Add curd, Boondi, coriander and salt in a bowl.
Mix it well.
Heat oil and add mustard cumin seed.
Once it crackled add hing curry leaves and dried red chili.
Remove it from gas and add red chili powder.
Put this tadka directly to boondi curd bowl and mix it well.
cool it for some time and your raita is ready.
