Shahi Tukda:


Ingredients:
Bread slice             4
Sugar syrup           1 cup
Elaichi Powder       ¼ tsp
Ghee
Rabdi                    ½ cup
Dry fruits               ¼ cup

Method:
Sugar Syrup: In pan add 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water.
Boil it for 5 mins on medium flame.add an elaichi powder and keep it aside.

Shahi tukada:
Heat ghee in a kadhai.
Make square pieces of bread slices and deep fry it in ghee.
Strain it on paper napkin.
Now deep it in sugar syrup for 1 min.
garnish it with rabdi and dry fruits or only with dry fruits.

In both the cases it tastes good.

For rabdi: for quick process u can use ready mix packets of rabdi.
